Similar to Simple Wills but produced in duplicate for couples.
Here’s how it works:
Aside from gifts of personal chattels and optional charitable donations, each spouse leaves their entire estate to the other spouse and also agrees not to change their Will at any point in the future.
If the other spouse does not survive the testator, you can choose whether the estate should flow either to the other spouse’s children or to the testator’s children: the latter may be useful in blended family scenarios.
You can also choose whether step-children are included within the definition of “children” for these purposes.
You can also optionally include testamentary discretionary trusts.
If testamentary discretionary trusts are included, certain key terms for the trusts will be added into a schedule.

3️⃣is my Will complex or can I do-it-myself?
Please Note: In NSW there is a new temporary regulation made under s17 of the Electronic Transactions Act, designed to help reduce face-to-face contact for the witnessing of documents such as wills, powers of attorney and statutory declarations during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Other States and Territories have or may be in the process of establishing similar measures.
